💻 What will you be doing?

You will work as part of a world-class team of engineers, designers and testers building the Frontline of the Future. The tools and applications you will help build are used by thousands of customers daily and make a tangible difference in their day-to-day lives. Your core responsibility will be to work inside our Solutions Engineering team, acting as the key relationship owner between the Sales team, our customers, and the Dev team.

  • Working as part of our Solutions Engineering team, helping them spec and build integrations, digital forms and workflows for our customers
  • Turn customer briefs into clearly defined technical specifications and requirements
  • Report on, and respond to common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations for improvements to the SE team
  • Own the stakeholder relationships with customers and third-party vendors
  • Assess and mitigate risks, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints to optimise risk taking and maximise business benefit.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve solutions and deliver better value to our customers
  • Communicate in person and writing to technical staff and management up to the VP level

The successful candidate will be resourceful, passionate, inquisitive, logically and technically minded, with a strong attention to detail. You should be able to build excellent relationships with both colleagues and clients alike and be able to pick up new concepts quickly and empathise with customer pain points.

We're looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to develop in a fast-growing company.

  • Proven ability to take a customer brief and turn it into a clear technical specification, ready for development
  • Experience working with technical concepts such as REST APIs, SAML, SSO, or motivated to pick these up quickly
  • You are organised and can produce clean documentation that is complete and kept up to date over time
  • You can communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working as part of a fast-paced software development team is a bonus

3 stage interview process:

  • 1st: Competency & skill-based questions with iOS Developer & Full Stack Developer (60 mins)
  • 2nd: Technical and project management questions with Head of Engineering & Head of Implementation (60 mins)
  • 3rd: CEO (30 mins)
