Overview
Join a growing UI team at SUSE Rancher. We're 100% Open Source. We build user interfaces for Kubernetes and more. We're looking for senior and junior engineers in the UK, Europe and North America to join the team and help us build world-class user experiences for our customers and Open Source users.
As part of the SUSE Rancher Container UI/UX engineering team, you'll help to build the web-based frontends for the core Rancher product as well as our emerging open-source projects such as Harvester, Epinio, Opni, Kubewarden and Rancher Desktop.

We have multiple positions for junior and senior engineers - all remote working based in either UK, Europe or North America.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Knowledge and Skills
At least 2 years software engineering or equivalent experience:
• Hands-on software development experience with Vue.js or equivalent front-end framework
• Experience with Cloud Computing (OpenStack, AWS, or Azure) and/or Distributed Systems
• Experience and/or interest in Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in Linux based environments
• Experience working on production, shipping code
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus qualifications
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker containers
• Experience and/or interest in Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with open source development
• Experience working with a distributed team.
