Job Description:
Essential skills & experience:
Minimum 8 years of professional work experience as a Data Engineer/Architect on a Cloud Platform (GCP preferred)
Proficient in Python & SQL
Proficient in Data Modelling & Architectural Design Patterns
Experience in and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Experience with structured and unstructured data
Proficiency with traditional database SQL technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
Analytical and problem-solving skills applied to Big Data domain
Proficiency with ETL technologies, such as Apache Beam (preferred), Data Fusion or Data Flow
Desirable:
Previous experience of Google Maps API
Previous experience in real estate/asset and property management platforms
